If the Omnipod 5 Controller or compatible smartphone goes out of range from the Pod, no data is transmitted to the Omnipod Cloud. Once the connection is reestablished, live data† can flow from the Controller or compatible smartphone to the Omnipod Cloud and then to the caregiver. Data from the period when the Omnipod 5 Controller or compatible smartphone was out of range is not shared in LibreLinkUp* app. The caregiver will only see current glucose data during successful connections between the Pod and Controller or compatible smartphone. † The user’s device must have internet connectivity for glucose data to automatically upload to LibreView and to transfer to connected LibreLinkUp app users.
