This display message may mean that your sensor has not automatically communicated with your smartphone or reader in the last 5 minutes.
- Make sure your device is within 33 feet of the FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensor.
- If you are using the Libre app, or FreeStyle Libre 3 app, make sure you have not force closed the App.
- Tap the “i” symbol for more information.
- Try turning Bluetooth OFF then ON again. If that does not work, try turning your phone OFF then ON again.
