Users can tap the Add Note button to capture a note in the Libre app*. When adding a Note from the Home Screen, the note will capture the glucose value displayed when the Add Note button is tapped. The glucose value associated with the note and its details can be viewed in the Logbook directly below the Daily Summary Graph under Insights.
You can add a Note by tapping on the Note icon (+) by following the steps below:
- Tap the Note icon (+)
- Select desired Note type
- Enter note details
- Tap Save
Once you've tapped the Save button the Home screen will display the note represented by its corresponding icon (Food, Exercise, Rapid or Long-Acting Insulin, and Note).
*The FreeStyle Libre systems apps are only compatible with certain mobile devices and operating systems.
