A FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor that has been removed or that has fallen off cannot be reused. Users should replace the sensor and start a new sensor. The FreeStyle Libre 2 reader will identify that it is a new sensor and ask users if they want to start it. Contact our Customer Care Team if your sensor becomes loose or falls off before the end of the wear period.
